Taco Seasoning (Gluten & Corn Free!)

This taco seasoning is so simple to make and so easy to use that you will never want to buy store-bought again! I use it to make vegan taco meat, seasoned black beans, vegan fajitas, vegan chili, and more! Here are the ingredients you will need:

(You can use cornstarch instead of the tapioca flour/starch if you prefer, and you can use Low Sodium Magickal Seasoning Blend instead of the original version if you eat a low sodium diet.)

Weigh (or measure) the five ingredients into a mixing bowl:

Whisk well to combine:

Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature:

  • 90 g (3/8 c + 1 1/2 TBS) Magickal Seasoning Blend
  • 40 g (1/3 c + 1/2 TBS) Chili Powder
  • 36 g (1/4 c + 1/2 TBS) Tapioca Starch or Corn Starch
  • 28 g (2 TBS +3/4 tsp) Vegan Sugar
  • 6.0 g (2 3/4 tsp) Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. Weigh (or measure) all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk well to combine.

  3. Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
