Pumpkin Pie Spice

This pumpkin pie spice blend perfectly combines cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice and cloves. Use it to make pumpkin pie and other pumpkin desserts, with sweet potatoes, on oatmeal, or in any recipe that calls for pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon!

Ingredients

  • 36 g (5 TBS) Ground Cinnamon
  • 9.0 g (1 TBS + 2 5/8 tsp) Ground Ginger
  • 2.0 g (1 tsp) Ground Cardamom
  • 2.0 g (3/4 tsp) Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.5 g (1/4 tsp) Ground Allspice
  • 0.5 g (1/4 tsp) Ground Cloves

Instructions

  1. Weigh or measure all six spices into a mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk until the spices are thoroughly blended together.

  3. Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
