Seasoned Black Beans

These delicious seasoned black beans are ready in under 10 minutes! Add them to a burrito bowl for a quick and easy meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans
  • 7.5 g (1 1/2 tsp) Lemon Juice
  • 13.5 g (1 1/2 TBS) Vegan Kitchen Magick Taco Seasoning
  • 90 g (3/8 c) Water

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the black beans, then add them to a glass bowl.

  2. Combine the water, lemon juice, and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine.

  3. Pour the sauce over the beans and mix together.

  4. Cook in the microwave on high for two minutes, then stir. The sauce will not be thickened yet. Cook for two more minutes and stir again. The sauce should have thickened. Serve as desired and enjoy!
