Vegan Nacho Cheese Doritos

These vegan copycat nacho cheese Doritos taste just just like the original and are ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Corn Chips
  • 7.0 g (2 1/4 tsp) Low-Sodium Magickal Cheezy Seasoning (see notes)
  • Dash Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Magickal Cheezy Seasoning and cayenne (if using) to a gallon-size ziplock bag.

  2. Add the chips and seal the bag, leaving a pocket of air in the bag.

  3. Shake to coat the chips. Open the bag and place in the microwave for about 25 seconds. Close the bag and shake again.

  4. Let the chips cool for a minute, then serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • Use the low-sodium version of my Magickal Cheezy Seasoning with regular chips, or the original version of the seasoning with unsalted chips. (Using regular chips with my original seasoning will make the chips too salty.) You can use the low-sodium seasoning with unsalted chips if you are on a low sodium diet.
  • If you do not have a scale, look on your chip package to see how many chips are in a one ounce serving. Double that number to know how many chips you need for the two ounces in this recipe.
