Glaze for Vegan "Meatloaf"

Sweet, tangy, and just a little bit spicy, this is the perfect glaze for any "meat" or nut loaf.

Ingredients

  • 180 g (2/3 c) Ketchup
  • 18 g (1 packed TBS + 1 packed tsp) Vegan Brown Sugar
  • 7.5 g (1 1/2 tsp) Dijon Mustard
  • 2.5 g (1/2 tsp) Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Whisk together and spread evenly over your loaf. Bake as the loaf directions say to do.
