Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 35 g (12 - 14 cloves) Roasted Garlic
  • 28 g (2 TBS) Olive Oil
  • 25 g (2 TBS) Vegan Sugar
  • 16 g (4 tsp) Magickal Seasoning Blend
  • 5.0 g (1 tsp) Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1.0 g (1 tsp) Dried Basil
  • 0.8 g (1 tsp) Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Drain the diced tomatoes over a bowl. Reserve six tablespoons of the juice.

  3. Add the drained tomatoes, Magical Seasoning Blend, dried basil, Italian seasoning, vegan sugar, mashed roasted garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix to combine.

  4. Spread the mixture out onto a parchment-lined half-sheet pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Scoop the roasted mixture into the bowl of your food processor and add two tablespoons of the reserved tomato juice. Blend until the sauce is the consistency that you like. (You can add more juice if you like your sauce to be thinner.)

  6. Spread the sauce on your prepared pizza crust and add whatever toppings you like. Bake your pizza and enjoy!

  7. This recipe makes enough sauce for four 10 to 12 inch pizzas. You can freeze any leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to several months.
