French Fries made easily in the oven without the fat and calories of oil!
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a cooling rack inside another pan, then spray the rack with Non-stick spray.
Cut your potatoes into wedges. I get eight to sixteen slices per potato, depending on the size of the potato. Put the potato wedges in a large bowl, add the Magickal Seasoning Blend, and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the seasoned wedges out on the rack in a single layer. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, and turn the fries over so the brown side is facing down. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the fries are tender on the inside.
Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy! I love to eat them with Sriracha lime fry sauce!
