Oil-Free Oven Fries

These oven fries are really good and so easy to make! The only oil needed is a bit of non-stick spray on the rack to keep the fries from sticking! Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. It only takes a few minutes to get the fries ready for the oven, so turn it on now. The ingredients are just potatoes and Magickal Seasoning Blend (click the link for the recipe.)

Place a cooling rack inside another pan, then spray the rack with Non-stick spray:

Cut your potatoes into wedges. I get eight to sixteen slices per potato, depending on the size of the potato:

Put the potato wedges in a large bowl, add the Magickal Seasoning Blend, and toss to coat evenly:

Spread the seasoned wedges out on the rack in a single layer. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes:

Remove the pan from the oven, and turn the fries over so the brown side is facing down:

Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the fries are tender on the inside:

If the fries are tender, but not browned enough, put them under the broiler for a minute or two until they are as brown as you like them to be.

Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy! I love to eat them with this Sriracha lime fry sauce!
