Vegan taco "meat" that is easy to make and ready in minutes!
Defrost the beefless ground.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, then add the beefless ground and stir well to coat evenly with the oil.
Add the taco seasoning, and stir again.
Add the water and mix well, being sure to loosen any bits that have stuck to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for three to five minutes until the sauce is thickened.
Serve as desired.
