Simple Sundae for a Hot Summer Day

It’s 87 degrees here in Ohio today and I needed ice cream! I had some Breyer’s non-dairy Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl ice cream in my freezer, so I made a simple sundae. It only took a few minutes to make, and was both pretty and delicious, so I thought I would share it with you!

I filled a bowl with raspberries, sliced banana, sliced strawberries, and sliced nectarine:

Then I added a big scoop of the Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl ice cream:

This non-dairy ice cream is delicious with just the fruit, and I really enjoy it that way. Today, though, I decided to make a sundae so I added Chocolate Syrup

And a cherry!

This was so simple, but really good! Stay cool and let me know if you want to see more easy ideas like this.

  1. Hi, this is a way late response to the question, it’s 2018 now, but yes- I for one like to see simple everyday kitchen hacks, tips and recipes. I am a sucker for product reviews, too.
